Better...

I must have just eaten something yesterday that upset my insides. I am feeling better today.

I am wondering if I am causing my body "harm" by staying up so late and getting as little sleep as I am. I have been staying up till midnight every night watching the Olympics and just cannot fall asleep. I know that the night before last I stayed up till midnight and then turned off the tv and I couldn't fall asleep. It took me almost another 2 hours to get to sleep. Hmmmm, just my thoughts.

How do you get yourself to fall asleep if you can't? (Did that make any sense?)
